I have worked 7 years as an Industrial Design Engineer - Research of Finishing Tools, Design and Engineering of New Product Development and 6 years as an employee working, in Design teams Technical quality control, deadlines and budgets.

Wny me and not another? Because I have a particular set of
skills that gives me an extra value over other industrial engineers.
Before facing a problem you need to define it properly, and to do so you need to be able to get the right data. That is what I do.
You cannot always get to conclusions with the data alone, often it is required to find the underlying relations between all the variables. That is what I do.
In most cases, it is enough to expose all the data clearly and structured to be able to detect the root of the problem and find it a solution. That is what I do
Whenever a problem is detected in a process, it is mandatory to change the process, what could be better than study this process and redo it in an optimal way?
For the management of a company it is impossible to know every field in depth. Sometimes is better to delegate in an expert in order to get the best possible outcome.
If there is not a clear winner solution, you need to choose what to do, but to do so is better to use quantifiable criteria. That is what I do.
The knowledge is obligatory, the practice makes you come accompanied by good personal traits.
